Flanged Diaphragm Valves

Flanged Diaphragm Valves made in China Qingdao Star Machine are specially designed for square tanks and no welded flanges. These diaphragm valves are specifically crafted for applications in dust collectors and baghouses, where the reverse pulse jet systems are employed to clean the filters. Flanged diaphragm valves can be utilised in any dust collector designed and are effortless to install. They can be connected directly to square tanks for a 90° connection or alternatively supplied with locking adapters for connection to round tanks. These valves greatly diminish the dust collector operating expenses, expand the lifespan of filters, and adhere to the safety measures of environmental regulations.

Flanged Diaphragm Valve body is cast aluminium, screw fittings are stainless steel, and the diaphragms are available in nitrile and Viton.
