Qingdao Star Machine production Thread Submerged G1 1/2" Pneumatic Pulse Air Valve is 2-way, normally closed, integral pilot operated, dual stage pulse diaphragm valves. The valve body is aluminium , construction with threaded pipe connections.

Thread Submerged G1 1/2" Pneumatic Pulse Air Valve are indirect operated solenoid valves especially designed for dust collector systems. When the solenoid is energized, trapped air above a diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing a high pressure difference across the diaphragm. Thereby the diaphragm is suddenly opened. When the solenoid is de-energized, air escapes through a hole to the chamber above the diaphragm which balances the pressure and instantly closes the valve.

Our Thread Submerged G1 1/2" Pneumatic Pulse Air Valve body and cover of the electromagnetic pulse valve are made of aluminum alloy die-casting, and after surface treatment, they have good anti-corrosion performance. The diaphragm and sealing gasket are vulcanized and compounded using a new process. The electromagnetic pilot head is composed of high-efficiency magnetic materials and stainless steel magnetic isolation materials, and the springs and fasteners are made of stainless steel materials. The connecting pipe of the air distribution box (air bag) and the blowing pipe of the dust collector are respectively inserted into the inlet and outlet of the valve. And tighten the two end compression nuts for sealing. We can provide Thread Submerged G1 1/2" Pneumatic Pulse Air Valve in three specifications: 20, 25, and 40S for various pulse bag filters with different processing (purification) air volumes. The valve body and valve cover are die-cast tightly, and the surface is covered with transparent paint to improve corrosion resistance. The sealing gasket on the diaphragm is made of metal and rubber composite, with good rigidity and no leakage. The electromagnetic pilot head has a large suction force and sensitive and reliable action. The Thread Submerged G1 1/2" Pneumatic Pulse Air Valve has good opening performance and can open normally at 85% of the rated voltage. And it has good closing performance and can be reliably closed at a pressure of 0.15Mpa.
