THROUGH WALL BULKHEAD CONNECTOR Technical Specifications:

- Wall Thickness: Suitable for 2-6 mm thick partition walls and 4-12 mm thick air distribution boxes

THROUGH WALL BULKHEAD CONNECTOR Feature

1. Double head types are designed for the coupling of two blow tubes by both side.

2. THROUGH WALL BULKHEAD CONNECTOR is conveniently for installation, because there is no need for welding or threaded pipe connections. Just connect directly by two compression fittings.

3. Less sensitive to blow tube misalignment in the system.

4. 1 inch, 1.5 inch and 2 inch port size for both double head bulkhead connector and single head bulkhead connectors

Installation Method

Before installation the THROUGH WALL BULKHEAD CONNECTOR, make a hole in the wall of the dust collector or air distribution box. The hole diameter should meet the requirements. If the hole diameter is too small, it will easily damage the threads on the wall-through pipe, and if it is too small, it will affect sealing and positioning.

Correctly install various parts on the connector. Missing or incorrect installation will affect the use effect.

Before installation, remove impurities between threads and apply sealing paste to areas where gas leakage may occur. Pipes where sealing rings need to be inserted should be coated with lubricant. Be careful not to damage the threads when tightening the nuts.
