The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic 2 Way 1.5" submersible impulse valve into two chambers: front and rear. When compressed air is connected, it enters the rear chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure in the rear chamber tightly presses the diaphragm component against the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in a "closed" state.

The electrical signal of the pulse injection control instrument causes the armature of the electromagnetic 2 Way 1.5" submersible impulse valve to move back, and the vent hole of the rear air chamber opens. The rear air chamber rapidly loses pressure, and the diaphragm component moves back. Compressed air is sprayed through the valve output port, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state. The electrical signal of the pulse blowing control instrument disappears, the electromagnetic pulse valve armature is reset, the rear air chamber vent is closed, and the pressure in the rear air chamber increases, causing the diaphragm component to tightly adhere to the output port of the valve. The electromagnetic pulse valve is again in a "closed" state.

2. Working medium: clean air, dew point -20 ℃.

3. Injection air source pressure: 0.3~0.6MPa. When the working air source pressure is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed, and the product can withstand an air source pressure of 0.8MPa.

7. The inlet of the pulse valve is connected to the air bag, and the outlet is connected to the blowing pipe. When connecting, the threads should be filled with PTFE raw tape to ensure sealing. When connecting, it is also important to note that the length of the thread at the inlet end should not be too large to avoid affecting the injection volume.

8. When the working voltage of the electromagnetic valve is 85% of the rated voltage under the nominal air source pressure state of the product, the opening response time of the electromagnetic pulse valve is less than 0.03 seconds.

9. Under normal usage conditions, the cumulative usage of the 2 Way 1.5 "submissive impulse valve should be greater than 800000 times.
