The new compact piston pulse cleaning valve is mainly used for bag cleaning and is installed on a circular air bag. Its advantages are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

High efficiency: The pulse valve opens quickly, so the shock wave pressure loss is very small. Since the opening sequence is easy to control, different air volumes can be selected according to different processes.

Low loss of compressed air: Compared with ordinary pulse valves, this pulse valve reduces the consumption of compressed air.

Compact appearance: The appearance of this pulse valve is much smaller than that of ordinary pulse valves, which means that the filter bag row spacing will not be limited by the size of the valve. Only the process parameters (gas-to-cloth ratio, bag filter material, fly ash type and concentration) determine the size of the filter bag. The shortest distance between two pulse valves can be up to 160mm.
