Main features

The stability of the material is excellent: PP filter cloth can withstand acidic and alkaline conditions with a PH value ranging from 2 to 12 and remains stable without deformation at 80°C. According to the test results of SGS, the chemical corrosion resistance of this material is more than three times that of ordinary polyester filter cloth.

Precise pore size control technology: We employed the laser drilling method to ensure that the pore size tolerance is controlled within ±5%. Actual measurement data indicates that the fluctuation in filtration efficiency for the same batch of products does not exceed 2.8%.
